The all-year-round opened neo-Gothic castle on the bank of the Eger River is the main landmark of the town. It is surrounded by a large English park, which includes a number of objects of interest. You will see a Baroque folly Sala Terrena, statues by Jan Brokoff or Sedm bolestí Panny Marie (Seven Pains of the Virgin Mary) - a complex of alcoved Baroque chapels from 1691. In the castle park, there is a large number of Central European woody plants and exotic rarities, such as Ginkgo Biloba called the Tree of Happiness.
You may be accompanied by a few peacocks when walking in the park.
